Good. We stayed there for couple of days in mid August. Interaction of some staff was slightly unprofessional which is lack of training provided. Extra charging for some basic services like safe room and high prices for simple soft/hot drinks in the bar (for half boards) was relatively rip off. Its about 3.5 star overall. .

Would I go back, absolutely yes!. There a few general maintenance issues with the hotel, but you have to take into consideration that it's now the end of the season and the rooms will have been used and abused by holidaymakers all year, with very little opportunity for management to make repairs, as rooms are pretty much in use all the time. However, the cleanliness was excellent and the staff were amazing. Sadly, the entertainment is non-existent and equated to the staff doing some Turkish dancing for us and getting the guests involved, which although not professional entertainment, was still enjoyable. This is a fairly small hotel, so don't expect an endless selection of dishes. That said, the food provided was fresh, well prepared and extremely tasty. There is always a lovely selection of thoroughly washed fresh fruit, along with a small selection of baclava. The swimming pool is kept nice and clean, but there are two main issues which need addressing. The metal steps into the pool shown in hotel photographs have been removed. At one end of the pool there are two fairly deep steps down into the pool, but there's no handrail, which if you're a bit older makes it a bit difficult to get in and out. The installation of a simple handrail at these steps would help no end and would be a quick and easy fix to the problem. Secondly, the area around the pool has wooden flooring, which is in good condition and very attractive, but incredibly slippery. The hotel has placed some non-slip strips alongside the pool, but most of these have been worn away. The strips need to be monitored throughout the season with worn or missing areas being replaced regularly. Again, a quick and easy fix, or you could just wear stretchy swim shoes which solves the problem anyway, as they normally have non-slip soles.. .

Great location -. I had a wonderful stay at the Supreme Hotel in Marmaris. The location is perfect, close to everything yet still peaceful. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the staff were always so friendly and welcoming. A lovely hotel with a great atmosphere – I would definitely recommend it!. .

. The experience we had in terms of the decoration and the state of the carpets in the hotel corridor was very poor indeed. We checked out after 2 nights when we were able to obtain a double room at another hotel. We expect you to provide a part refund.. .

. Zimmer in katastrophalen Zustand. Definitiv nicht für Familien geeignet: kaputter Laminat, dreckige Fenster/ Wände, Schimmel. Das Personal war dennoch sehr nett. . .
