Don't go this hotel. Me and my three friends made a reservation at the Mersoy Exclusive Hotel. We came to the hotel and when we check in, the front desk manager, Mr. Eser, upgraded us to a room at Bellavista for $150. We paid for the room but the room's air conditioning wasn't working, and when we went to the reception, the staff were rude and didn't speak English or Russian. Most of the staff asked for our Instagram or phone number. It was the worst hotel I've ever been to.. .

Definitely recommend. The hotel is in perfect location and 5 minutes walk to the beach, staff were friendly and helpful, room and pool were clean. Hope to see you next year.. .

Absolutely disgustihole rooms dirty black mold on ceiling food not fit to give a dog. Drinks cheap vodka gin wine and a beer tha. Keep away from this hotel dirty rooms damp mold on ceiling pool broken tiles dirty sun loungers the whole place dirty reception man ignorant. .

AVOID THIS S**THOLE HOTEL. I do not usually write a bad review but after staying here felt I needed to so other people do not suffer this experience. If I could give this hotel a minus rating I would do, I would say this hotel is at best a 1 star if classed as a hostel instead of a hotel. We paid to stay at the Mersoy Bellavista Adult only hotel, but were put here due to "technically issues" with some rooms but would be moved the next day if we went back the next morning, after 4 days of returning to reception to be moved we got told same thing ( however, they told another couple after we had moved away from counter but was still in reception that Bellavista was overbooked) . The pictures added are of the sofas in reception area, disgusting state. The all inclusive package was laughable - the food was awful, no choice everything overcooked and tasteless. The "Chef" couldnt even cook pitta bread without burning it. For the first few days lived on bread and a little bit of salad after that we had to pay to eat out to have a decent meal. The drinks available was Vodka or Gin only definitely not an all inclusive choice, wine or efes and the bar closed at 2230 not what advertised when booking. The Al a carte restaurant was not available. The rooms were not cleaned once during our entire stay and the bin in bathroom to put toilet paper in was not emptied for 3 days( ended up emptying in the bin in corridor myself) and had to go to reception to get towels and toilet rolls. The staff were mostly unfriendly, rude and very unhelpful, apart from the bar/restaurant manager who was absolutely lovely. The only decent thing I can say about this hotel was the location Icmeler is a beautiful place and thankfully this hotel did not cloud my judgement on Icmeler.. .

Marmariste tavsiye ettigim otel . Fiyat performans olarak cok iyi yemekleri guzel.personel güler yüzlu ilgili.oda temizligi olarak kötüydü buda benim şansımaydı.tv cekmiyor asansör sık arızalanıyor.yinede oteli bir sonraki seyahatimizde tercih etmeme nedeni degil.fiyat ve personelin güler yüzü tekrar tercih nedenimiz olabilir.teşekkürler.. .

Very good hotel with Aquapark. The hotel enjoys a great location. The service is good, the food is good... hotel has an aquapark which is fantastic. Will come back.. .

Terrible hotel. My boyfriend and I came to Içmeler for the first time. We arrived at the hotel late at night, and our room was a mess. In the morning, we asked to change rooms, but the girl at reception didn’t speak English and had to call the manager. The manager, Eser, offered us a better room for £100, saying it was in the adult section with no children. We agreed and also paid £20 for the safe. Unfortunately, in the new room, the minibar didn’t work and the air conditioner was leaking water. We reported it, but the staff weren’t helpful at all. However, Sukru and Hamdi at the bar were amazing—very kind and helpful. They were the only good part of our experience. Overall, the reception service was very disappointing.. .

Not a pleasant experience. Needs lots off repairs done ,staff dnt wear uniform or name tags therefore you dnt know who works here,food is awful,same stuff everyday,no food from 2 till 7 pm ,no entertainment, loose fittings and fixtures, hardly any drink choices ,dirty broken sunbeds the list goes on overerall not a good experience will definitely not be back here waste off money. .

warning. we booked the hotel knowing it wouldn’t be 5 star but it was very below average for starters there is no activity’s threwout the day nothing for children, around the pool area it was dirty and had a horrible smell coming from the drains don’t expect it to smell amazing but we were havin to hold our noses when in pool or around same as the outdoor bar we didn’t even want to go up to it the smell was disgraceful, bar closing at half 10 even when it says 12 on the site after half 10 you have to pay for your drinks, the food was not edible we had to go out everyday for food even tho we payed for all inclusive complete waste of time, the room was terrible, the bathroom had mould in the shower , toilet seat was broken, bed was far from comfy the bed cover was itchy and just not what we expected, dust everywhere under the bed was disgraceful, we did not let the cleaners in after reading reviews about people had reported stuff going missing we had to go to the reception to ask for toilet roll and towels and had a hard time asking due to the staff not understanding or being rude no one in the hotel had manners no please and no thank yous the only good thing about the hotel was the location , wasn’t expecting 5 star but will not be coming back again. .

Waste of money. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Do not waste your time or money booking this hotel. The photos must be 15 -20 years old, the place is dirty, not safe major safety breaches, hand rails loose, smoke alarms taken out of rooms to allow smoking, fag burns on furniture, flooring damaged, lifts not working, most walls damaged, paper coming of walls, floors dirty decor in general very poor. Repetitive food most days not much choice, hygiene in restaurant not good.. .
