İdare eder . Eşimle gittik. İki ayrı tekli yatak sunuldu. Banyo aksesuarları kırık gardırop kapısı bozuktu. Otelin blokları ayrı yerlerde olduğundan personel bilgi vermedi. Ayrıntıya girmedi. Gittiğimizde rezervasyon bilgisi bile ulaşmamıştı. Plaj havlusu konusunda yardımcı oldular. Ücret talep etmediler. Hotel çalışanı kibardı. Havuzlar küçük, biz denize gittik. . .

Perfect experience. The hotel is in perfect location and walk to the beach 5 minutes, staff were friendly and helpful, room and pool were clean. See you next year Mersoy family.. .

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Please do not book this hotel, it will ruin your holiday. The food is not suitable for human consumption. Its freezing cold and they have a filthy microwave to warm the food up. The microwave has never been cleaned. The staff are rude and confrontational, one waiter started shouting at a man after he asked him not to take his plate when he was out his seat getting a drink. The bar is so understocked it's unbelievable. They must do it on purpose so you go out to get a drink. The pool was murky and very small. It's advertised as an adults only however there was children in and out all day and night. This has been the worst holiday of my life and I will not be returning.. .

YABANCILARA OLAN İLGİ ALAKA. Otel fiyatına göre iyiydi, her gün çarşaflarımız değişti, yemekler çok kaliteli değildi ama genel olarak iyiydi. Forget Luxury, this Hotel Lacks Hospitality. For a hotel with a tagline, “Luxury Redefined,” this hotel was anything but a luxurious experience. It’s a shame because with good management, this could have been a fine holiday. Beware, this hotel has old rooms and new rooms. We booked the Mersoy Bella Vista based on the positive reviews, but buyer beware: you can hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst. All in all, this hotel’s management needs a major attitude adjustment, and some renovations to some of its rooms. Though we could live with outdated rooms, we couldn’t live with the foul smell of raw sewage in 38 C degrees heat, and management that was unwilling to do anything about it. If you want a sure bet on your room, look elsewhere because if you run into any problems, the management won’t do a thing to address them. I would never recommend this hotel to a friend in good conscience. In our two weeks traveling around Turkey, this was the only hotel among our four hotels that lacked hospitality. I feel badly for anyone who stays here and doesn’t see the true side to Turkish hospitality.. .

The worst Hotel we ever stayed in.. 1. Staff at the hotel were very unhelpful and surly, with only a couple of exceptions. Did not help that there was not anyone that spoke good English only very basic (OK I know it is not their language and we can’t speak any Turkish). 2. We were put in the wrong room type for the first 3 night it was only after much complaining that we were moved. 3. The hotel was in a very poor state of maintenance: a. Concrete stair ways crumbling and bits falling off. b. In the first single room the Air Conditioner leaked and flooded the floor. c. The second room (the one we had booked) the handrail in the bath/shower fell of the wall as soon as I touched it! A very serious safety hazard. Hotel did sort this. d. The Shower rail had fallen off the wall but I was able to repair that myself. e. The Jacuzzi bath could not be used as the pipes had come off (we saw this when the maintenance came in to try to fix the leaking shower and bath as they both flooded the floor when used. f. Handrails on stair way/ramp not safe or secure especially the one by the ONLY restaurant g. Lights on walkways often not working at night. h. Public toilets lights do not work, Hand towel dispensers do not work, Toilets not clean, no flush water in urinals and doors do not close properly. i. On the last day before we had actually checked out someone had entered our room and swapped the working fridge and replaced it with a non-working fridge. j. The room was not serviced every day. 4. The food in the one and only restaurant was revolting with very little choice, deserts all the same everyday just different colours. 5. The 2 bars had a very poor choice of drinks – Gin, Vodka, Raki (if you were lucky) and one sort of beer 6. Their website is well out of date as it stated there was an al-a-carte restaurant which did not exist.. .

!!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOT A 4* AT ALL!!!!!. !!!!NOT A 4 STAR FULSE ADVERTISEMENT PLEASE AVOID!!!! Where do we begin ?? From start to finish our visit was pretty terrible. When we arrived we were taken all over the place with all our luggage with staff that were clueless and unorganised, we got given our room that had no working air con and no pool view that we had paid extra for. The next day we asked to change rooms to which we had to wait until later on in the day to which again we got taken to the wrong room 3 times!! The staff member even tried to let us in a room that was occupied!! The cleanliness was not great at all, everything covered in dust and corners off the rooms were disgusting we also had days where the rooms were not cleaned at all, water pressure was also terrible.The food, well it was awful the options were very limited nothing was labelled, most things were not cooked properly we had to eat out every night because we did not feel it was safe to eat the food, the only nice thing was the bread in the morning. Luckily we met some amazing people whilst being here as we all had something in common (we hated the hotel) the area is lovely and we would definitely come back but we would NEVER come back to this hotel. We don’t like to moan but this place was a mess, uncomfortable beds, bad food, bad service, unhygienic, lots of health and safety hazards, no filter in the pool, the list could go on. Finally the last day was a disaster, we paid £25 for late check out, we was told we had to change rooms which was fine however we got to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned at all, dirty towels, dirty bathroom, cups everywhere bin over flowing, we went to reception and asked it to be cleaned as we paid for it, we got told it would be, we went out for lunch and come back and the room was still how we left it! So again we had to go to reception the staff member saw us and started tutting and sighing at this point I’m getting really upset as no one was listening or understanding us, they said they were going to move our room again!!! This was our last day being wasted all we wanted was them to clean the room we had paid extra for so we could shower and freshen up before we head to the airport. In the end they listened and said they would clean it so we went back a little while later and yes it was cleaner but not great, we went to shower and the water smelt like urine so after all of that we didn’t even shower we just wanted out. We couldn’t contact the owner to make a complaint, the staff admitted to us that they are fed up with dealing with so many complaints and that they were sorry but their was no manager to talk to no one wears uniforms so you have no ideas who’s who, they said the owner is useless and they all want to quit, we are going to take this further because this is so misleading and no way a 4 star hotel it’s a 2 if that. Please don’t book here, spend a little more for a better time, we didn’t let the hotel ruin our holiday we was just grateful to meet others around the pool who we got on with which made the holiday great. Please don’t listen to the good reviews take your money else over. Rant over. .

Very poor! 😒. If you're expecting a all inclusive with a touch of luxury, then this isn't the hotel for you!! When we checked in, the reception staff were rude and showed no interest at all. I'm not sure he's in the right job! The guy who carried our case was happy and jolly. (The only member of staff who was). Our room was a mix match of furniture, old and tatty looking but did the job. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket was rough. The bathroom needs updating, and occasionally we would get a horrible smell. The pool water looks dirty, but it's not. It's because the tiles aren't blue. The pool area needs lots of work doing to bring back to what I would imagine was once a nice area. (It nothing like the photos you see when booking) It's run down and off a poor standard. The pool toilet made me heave, and the smell and cleanliness were awful. ( I've used cleaner public toilets in the uk). Food!!! Where do you start. I'm not a fussy eater. Breakfast I could cope with. No english breakfast, but you are in Turkey. One day, there was a man cooking omelette. Lunch and dinner if you like salad and bread, you're fine. Food is cold and tasteless. Staff are rude again and don't look like they work there. Be prepared and budget to eat out. Drinks at the bar very limited. Beer flat! Cocktails are very sweet! Gin and vodka and wine. The location of this hotel is great. . .
