Beware of changing terms. We booked the hotel months in advance because we wanted to have a pool for the kids to enjoy with their grandparents.
The hotel emailed me telling me I could no longer make changes one week before the stay. But they decided to omit the fact that the pool would be closed.
Upon arrival they offered us to walk 200 metres to another facility and pay there for poll access and as "compensation" they would cover 25% of that extra cost and waive $15 dollars (total) of "resort fee".
The room is fine and this experience would have been good if they had had any interest in making it right.. .

Terrible. We stayed 2 nights in a 2 bdrm unit.This was the second time we booked at this hotel.On a 4th day after the check out we received an email that said we damaged a couch without clear proof that we cause it,and they charged us $498.75 out of $500 damage deposit.All the explanations/evidence that we didn't cause the damage were ignored.We had to involve a 3rd part in a dispute to get the money back.They didn't even say sorry...What a disgusting experience.... .

TERRIBLE. DON’T STAY HERE!! The worst experience ever. We were on the 3rd floor and for the entire 3 nights that we stayed here the people in the apartment on top of us stomped around at all hours of the night and then again early morning- sounded like a herd of elephants above us. Hardly got any sleep at all and this place wasn’t cheap. Extremely disappointed. .

A lovely spacious suite close to the town centre.. A spacious suite which worked well for 4 adults and 2 children. The indoor/outdoor sauna and pool were hits.. The water in the morning was lukewarm although it heated up later in the day - not the greatest for a morning shower. The gym, which was in the next building didn't open until 8 am. 6 am would have been preferable - a very basic, small gym..
