. Otelin hizmet kalitesi maalesef çok düşüktü. Havlu istedik, ancak saatlerce gelmedi ve dört kez istemek zorunda kaldık. Kapalı yüzme havuzu hem kirliydi hem de çok soğuktu. Yemeklerin tadı ise gerçekten kötüydü. Hayatımda yediğim en kötü curry soslu tavuğu burada yedim. Salatada ilaç tadı vardı, bu yüzden zehirlendiğimi bile düşündüm. Hamam var diye tercih ettik ancak o da kapalıydı. Genel olarak düşük seviyeli bir hizmet sunuluyor. Eğer sadece duş alıp uyuyup çıkmak istiyorsanız belki iş görür, ama daha fazlasını beklemeyin.. .

Motto Premium. Otel olarak hizmet konusunda fena değildi.
Sadece oda içerisinde buzdolabı yeteri kadar soğutmuyordu.
Bir de resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar pek güler yüzlü değildi çok soğuk davranıyorlardı.
Kahvaltı dahil otel de olan hizmette kahvaltı kısmı bizim için zayıf kaldı.
Odaların temizliği gayet iyi yapılıyordu. Odalar kullanışlı idi. . .

. Very nice place to stay, staff were super friendly and accomodating. We got a free upgrade on arrival, big thank you to the young dark haird girl on reception, you are the best! We had a top floor with a nice view, the room was a huge suite with a separate lounge area. Bathroom was clean and large and nice terrace too! Facilities are great, nice heated pool and spa/hamman/sauna in the hotel! The main restaurant was closed for buffet breakfast but the included breakfast was okay considering it was low season. Would come back again!!! . .

Overall not a bad place to stay for a few nights. . Overall this is a good option to stay for a few days. Rooms are big, cleanliness and quality are good.
Let downs: those who want to use the gym, it’s like a smelly sauna. They cannot put AC on. There are no fans or ventilation.
Breakfast (included) portion sizes are far to small. I chose the omelette. No bread, only a two egg omelet on an oversized plate. Very cheap of them.
