No room at the inn !. Paid hotel 2 months in advance, arrived and no room for us, hotel fully booked, sent to another hotel 2 miles away, hotel more like a hostel, appalling. .

The rooms are more or less clean, although dust and uncleaned garbage behind the nightstands and other not immediately noticeable places are common here. But it seems that the common areas are never cleaned at all. In the morning I saw small garbage and food remains on the floor in the elevator and what do you think I saw in the elevator in the evening? Everything is the same. The tables in the dining room and by the pool are wiped, but the floor - never. Everything is stained, flies are everywhere. The pool ... the only broken speaker - the guys turn it on at full volume, it wheezes, roars, nothing is adjusted, but it seems that poor and very unpretentious poor European pensioners like it. 99% of them are residents of the hotel. You can change the sign to Nursing home. maybe they are deaf and blind from old age, I don't know. otherwise it is hard to understand why they pay so much money for such a low level of service. the guy at the reception is very calm and neat, but he does not know a word of English, and all clients communicate with him through google translator. 2 days in this hotel was more than enough. WiFi very bad (only at reception), and WiFi in rooms for extra money.

Fiyat / Perfonmans mükemmel otel. Otel Marmaris'teki birçok otelin kalitesinden üstün. Fiyat çok uygundu. Kahvaltı başarılı, otel teşekkürü hakediyor. Geliştirilebilecek alanlar: asansöre klima şart ve personel daha güleryüzlü olabilir. Eleştirim ise hotels'e: odayı sattım bitti olmaz, müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşamadım. Tarihi revize etmem gerekti zamanında ulaşamadığım için yapamadım ve beni zor durumda bıraktınız. 3 yıldır kullanan birisi olrak artık hotels'den ayrılık vakti.. .

Nächstes Jahr noch einmal warten sehnsüchtig darauf. Die Arbeiter waren sehr nett und freundlich, hilfsbereit, und die Lage war dem zehn von zehn. Alles klar, okay.

Ужасный отель, вообще не бронируйте его. Месторасположение отеля хорошее. Самое ужасное впечатление о себе оставил этот отель, а главное - его персонал. В номере ужасно грязно, пыльно, кондиционер не работал, а когда заработал - шумел как будто вот-вот сломается. Тапочки надо спускаться и просить у персонала. Но это еще мелочи, которые время от времени могут встретиться, самое ужасное ниже У нас с самого первого выхода из комнаты перестала работать дверь. Решать проблему сотрудники будто не торопились, в ответ на просьбы дать обычный ключ вместо магнитного ключа - сказали «можете отменить бронь и съезжать». К слову - был час ночи. Переселить в другой номер отказывались - а у нас весь этаж был абсолютно пустой. В итоге дверь пришли чинить на второй день, заставили нас задержаться в номере на два часа, при том что наш трип был всего на пару дней. Ничего не решили - и дали обычный ключ, хотя могли сделать это с самого начала. Эти ситуации мы бы отпустили очень спокойно и с пониманием, если бы сотрудники хоть немного пошли к нам навстречу, проявили сервис, извинились в конце концов. Но ничего этого не было, поэтому у нас это был самый отвратительный опыт пребывания в отеле. Совершенно не советуем, если вы не хотите остаться с осадком и портить себе путешествие.

Disappointing. Location is great. nice swimming pool, close to swimming pool, friendly staff. Wi-Fi only working in main lobby.

Not bad for the price but can do much better. While the staff here was quite nice, my room was very noisy, facing the street. Could not sleep at all until the bar across the street ended service around 1am. The hotel itself is not bad, just a bit worn down, there are others in the area that are much nicer for just a bit more money. . .
